EXVIVO Exosome Concentrate is a temperature-controlled product. It ships refrigerated and must go into refrigeration at 2–8°C on arrival.

How it ships

Orders are dispatched from Sydney in insulated packaging with ice packs, via Australia Post signature on delivery

Dispatch days

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Canberra metro — Monday to Thursday
Perth, Adelaide and regional — Monday to Wednesday

Order cut-off is 1pm Sydney time for same-day dispatch.

Delivery times

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra — typically 1 to 2 business days
Perth, Adelaide and regional — typically 2 to 3 business days

On arrival

Every shipment carries a “refrigerate on delivery” label. Refrigerate the vials at 2–8°C as soon as the order arrives. Do not freeze — freezing causes protein aggregation and the product may appear cloudy. Use by the best before date on the vial.

If your order arrives warm

Some softening of the ice packs and condensation in transit is normal. If the exvivo box arrives warm to the touch, or the ice packs have thawed completely, please contact us at orders@exvivo.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and the ice packs, and we will replace it.

Damaged, short or incorrect orders

Contact orders@exvivo.com.au within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Delivery address

Orders ship to a clinic address only, and someone must be available to receive and refrigerate the delivery. We cannot ship to a PO box or leave an order unattended. You can nominate preferred delivery times when you order.
